i once read a poster regarding slimming yoga somewhere in Bangsar, just want to check if there are such thing as slimming yoga? and is it work? I’m not a yoga practitionor (yet?).
I do read your blog and find out that most if not all of your yoga clan is in very slim and healthy shape. and all yoga poster and website around the world showing people in beautiful shape doing yoga pose. I haven’t found any obese person done yoga before.
i really like to know is it possible to do yoga if we are not in good shape (obese/fat/no flexibility). Can yoga help me to slim down my self.
