Your simple theory [burn more and eat less] sound more practical to me.

To achive my ideal weight of 70-75kg might taking years to accomplish. No short cut right? You think?

You might want to start cutting calorie way back, if I can suggest - only one rice meal per day, or per week, if you can afford it.

Then start moving A LOT (alternative word for exercising) to burn the stored fat after turning them to energy. How to know you are &#039;moving&#039; enough to burn at least something? &lt;strong&gt;Move continuosly for at least 45 minutes&lt;/strong&gt;, only when the heart rate stabilizes, the stored &#039;bad energy&#039; = fat is ONLY starting to be used / burned up.

My theory in losing weight / achieving ideal weight;
BURN MORE THAN WHAT WE EAT. Eating less / skipping meals only slows our metabolic rate.
