I was offered the lifeline to continue my Hope and Faith I needed to hear to stay here.

Maybe KL deserves a second chance.
Maybe I am the one I have been waiting for.
Maybe I am going to have two kids in two years.
Maybe baby.

Hi Ninie, I can’t believe you chicken out! Print or delete this, I will still say that as a fan of your column, I was over the moon when I thought you will begin your odyssey. I just hope it’s not because of any worldly reason. all the best anyway.

Vivien -
She IS on her odyssey. A different path doesn’t make it any less so. She’s finding her own way. Any disappointment you feel is your responsibility and not hers. You can’t wish someone the best if you’re going to place judgement on them in the same breath. Kudos to Ninie for having the courage to step back and take another look at which path to take.

Although I hope you make the best decision that suits you best for the time being, I am also with Vivien. You only live once and I was excited and inspired by your plans to see the world. But again, you know yourself the best

She is on her odyssey. Her OWN personal odyssey. It’s entirely up to her which path she wants to take or if she needs to stop and relook at her options again. She needs support and encouragement but if her decisions disappoint you so much then why not you create your own odyssey.
All the best Ninie!

I believe Ninie didn’t chicken out.
Sometimes we just have to step back and weigh our options again.
Decisions will come when it comes. Ninie inspires, but she is also human, and she has her own options.
Like what Nur and Ash pointed out, if you are not happy with another person’s choice, make up your own.

I totally agree with Nur. Tsar is being a bit too harsh on Ninie. Ninie is not answerable to anyone for her own happiness, she is only answerable to herself. So whatever path that she chooses, as long as she’s happy with it, we should be happy for her or at least be supportive. It was a brave decision of her to move to another country, but I think it was even braver for her to give her home country a second chance.

Well,
Thats ninie for you guys & girls out there – she’s neither perfect nor super strong.
Heads off to yoga and your passion towards this.
However it would be nice to have the once modest, humble ninie way and during her time with super tall
I trust she’s been hanging too much with celebrity and pretentious people in KL
Tu lah lupa diri sikit.
Takat lepak 223 makan nasi lemak alahai itu bukan modest la nama nye.
Oh well, Malaysians typical lot.
(yea yea who am I to judge her and all that etc)
But seriously. dont announce or gloat shall I say and at the end U-Turn decision flip-flopping.
Baik Join Politics & Umno macam tu ninie.
Poyo – no offense.
RM50 says you dont have the t*ts or ba**s to approve this!

ash, nur, you guys need to calm down. I was always inspired by her column and you haven’t a faintest idea how far back I followed it.
I’m not judging Ninie and I’m not going to turn this column into a sling fest. My own personal opinion (which I am entitled to) soared when I thought she was taking the courageous step of heading for the beyond, the unknown and I knew that of anyone, she’s got what it takes to make it her own.
So don’t judge me ye thou not be judged. sometimes you need someone telling you something that ain’t pretty so that you will see the silver lining beyond. if you haven’t try it, don’t dis it.
as nur you asked me to pursue my own odyssey? I have. That’s why I was superexcited for Ninie. I’m not using a biggie word here for the sake of it. And IMHO, she posted it for the whole world to see, hence like it or not, there will be things that may not sound pretty swell to even you. I just say, grow up and think.

Wow, I didn’t know I had such effect on you guys
I might not blog / be online for a while until I ’settle in’ so your later comments might take some time before they are approved (unless they don’t abide Comments Disclaimer at my sidebar or revealing my BF’s name
or my house address – I have approved all comments so far, FYI).
But knowing me, my ‘a while’ might just be one day. Or two
.
Til’ my next update, thank you for your support, love, time reading and energy commenting!
You guys rock my socks & bind my spine!
