Carrie: This has been really lovely but I don’t think I’m cut out for it.
Petrovsky: I don’t understand.Carrie: The pancakes and the other ladies,
it’s just not for me.
Petrovsky: There are PANCAKES but no other ladies.
Well, I have a book with a few emergency telephone numbers, yes.
But now I just see you.

International House of Petrovsky’s Pancake Recipe
INGREDIENTS:

1. 1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
2. 3 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
3. 1 teaspoon salt
4. 1 tablespoon white sugar
5. 1 1/4 cups of milk (we prefer low-fat)
6. 1 large egg
7. 3 tablespoons butter, melted
8. Maple syrup
9. Secukup rasa Canadian music to get heartbeat pumping, if you’re cooking – Alanis never goes out of style (note that Jewel is not Canuck!). If your (Canadian) man’s cooking, surprise him by playing Tragically Hip you limewired the night before.

Zwilling stainless-steel simmering pan (it’s safer and food tastes better compared to non-stick!) & POURfect measuring spoons + cups

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. In a large bowl, sift together all dry ingredients; flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
2. Make a well in the center and pour in the milk, egg and melted butter; mix until smooth.
3. Heat a lightly buttered frying pan over medium high heat.

4. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake until brown on both sides.
5. Serve hot with cubed butter and be generous with maple syrup.
If you can’t get access of this idea of heaven on earth, either be kind to me

or this will do (maybe healthier too although not sweet enough for my liking)
